Luxury property agency on the shores of Lake Geneva and at Portes du Soleil
Lake Geneva, the “little sea” in the heart of the Alps that was so cherished by Voltaire, is the largest lake in Western Europe, shared by France and the Swiss cantons of Geneva, Vaud and Valais.
Called Lac Léman in French, but named in English after one of the central cities on its shores, the lake extends far beyond the city limits of Geneva. With more than 500 km2 of fresh water and hundreds of kilometers of lakefront, its shores are lined with international economic centers (Nyon, Lausanne, Montreux), lakeside and spa towns (Thonon-les-Bains), and vineyards that slope steeply down to the water (the Lavaux hills)
Lake Geneva is a true inland sea symbolizing the archetype of the summer tourist trip. It represents true freedom, a territory to navigate far away from the stress of the roads on land. One of the most beautiful regattas is held every year on its waters: the “Bol d’Or.”
The city of Evian
The city of Evian, home to our offices and company headquarters and constructed with “belle époque” architecture, made its fortune with mineral water. It is one of the three most attractive and internationally renowned sectors of the northern Alps, along with the global city of Geneva, home to some of the most important international institutions, and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, with the highest peak in Western Europe (4,810 m) towering over it.
Extending from the southern (French) shores of Lake Geneva to the foothills of the Alps, our extraordinary region is located at the crossroads of Europe, on the border between Switzerland and Italy between the Lake and the Mountains. It is served by state-of-the-art transportation infrastructure: Geneva Airport, high-speed TGV train lines linking it to key European capitals, and a freeway network at the confluence of European traffic and transportation (Lyons-Turin-Milan).
Our region offers you a high-quality touristic opportunity. Equipped with a broad range of cultural and sporting activities amidst exceptional natural beauty, it offers a variety of landscapes not found anywhere else in the world.
